Ms. Rholda Quamina

Having served over 15 years as the principal of one of Carriacou’s secondary schools, Bishop’s College, and many more years prior to that position in the Education field, Rholda Quamina was appointed as the Permanent Secretary with responsibility for Carriacou and Petite Martinique Affairs in the Ministry of Carriacou & Petite Martinique Affairs & Local Government, in May 2018. As Permanent Secretary, Ms. Quamina provides instructional leadership and serves as the chief administrator.

Academic achievement

Ms. Quamina undertook her studies in Education Administration and Supervision majoring in Educational Leadership between the period 2002 – 2005. She graduated with a Bachelor of Education degree in October 2005. Thereafter, she obtained her Master of Education degree in 2013 in the area of Education Administration and Supervision.

  • February 1996- Present: Principal- Bishop's College, Carriacou

Ms. Quamina has also been an active volunteer at the Anglican Church of Carriacou as a Youth Leader, since September 2014.
