Naomi Jeremiah, is a highly professional Public Servant who currently holds the office of Acting Chief Personnel Officer, Office of the Public Service Commission since December, 2018. During her tenure in the Public Service, she held the positions of Clerk, Executive Officer, Administrative Officer and Senior Administrative Officer.
Mrs. Jeremiah has completed a series of training with the Caribbean Centre for Development Administration (CARICAD) and the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) Programmes on Public Policy Analysis and Management and Project Cycle Management Programmes PPAM/PCM.
She also holds certificates in Managing Change, Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Sector Decisions, Projects and Programmes, Human Resource Management, Seminar on Public Administration for the Caribbean and South Pacific Countries and Seminar on Social Management Capacity Building for Female Officials from Developing Countries, Judicial Enforcement Management Systems (JEMS). Mrs. Jeremiah has also attended management and leadership workshops both locally and regionally.
Since joining the team of the Office of the Public Service Commission, Mrs. Jeremiah has moved to improve the processes of some of the functions of the Office by digitalizing and computerizing the processes of the Registry and the Leave Division.
As a person and a professional, Mrs. Jeremiah has a love for people and the general public. She believes in team work and loves creating an avenue to foster the development of the entire Public Service.
Finally, the Chief Personnel Officer performs her duties with the highest standard of professional and ethical competence and integrity.
