Service Information

Citizens can anonymously report on misuse, abuse or risky behaviors pertaining to public utilities, community resources, roads and public infrastructure, or any other risks the government needs to know about to take preventive or remedial action.

Process Steps
  1. Registration is not required to use this service. However, if you would like to receive an acknowledgement and an update (not guaranteed, considering the nature of the service), a login is required.
  2.  Access the Anonymous Reporting Form. Fill the details of the issue or incidence.
  3. Submit form
  4. Receive a receipt acknowledging receipt of the form.
